Jason has worked with the Minnesota Chapter of the American Marketing Association (MNAMA) to create an integrated social media strategy designed to promote the association to Twin Cities marketing professionals and engage them through a variety of social channels, providing them with a means to communicate and share ideas with each other. It was important for the MNAMA demonstrate to the marketing community how social networking can enhance marketing efforts and be integrated with existing marketing strategies.
Jason designed a comprehensive strategy and organized a social media committee responsible for the creation, management, and promotion of MNAMA’s social media channels: Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Flickr, YouTube, and blog.
Within less than a year, Minnesota was considered one of the leading AMA chapters in the nation for integrating social media into its marketing actives and has driven actual results with:
- Increased chapter membership
- Improved website traffic
- Strengthened event participation
- Enhanced brand recognition
